Cancellation/Missed Appointments/No Show

I politely ask that 24 hours is given for any appointments that need to be cancelled/amended , as I have a waiting list of customers that could fill the slot. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the service.

Dogs in Season
​
I do not groom dogs that are in season as it can be quite stressful for the dog. Please reschedule your appointment if you believe your dog is coming into season.

Matting
​
If your dog is badly matted , they will need to be clipped short enough for the clipper blade to get underneath the matting. this is in the dogs best interest as matting can be painful, cause skin issues and circulatory problems. You may also be charged a matting fee.

Fleas
​
I politely ask that your dog is up to date with flea treatment. If live fleas are found on your dog whilst grooming, there will be an additional charge to fumigate the salon , to avoid them spreading.

Cut off Time
​
Pawfection by Suzy asks that you are on time for your appointment. The cut off time is 15 minutes. This means if you are 15 minutes late or more , you will need to reschedule your appointment.
